The French Bakery was established in March 1998, and currently employs more then 170 Employees in three factories’ in Rishon Lezion, where the company office and Logistics are.
Here in the French bakery factory we specialize in frozen pastries and frozen dough. Our clients can buy the product in both ways: ready to eat or frozen. We use only the finest materials and baking stoves in order to keep the aroma, the texture and the unique taste of the French Bakery products
Thanks to the technology we possess, we're able to ship our delicious pastries all across the globe to our clients in France, Belgium, The U.S.A and more, while preserving the quality of the products in a fair price and fast shipping.
The French Bakery owns a fleet of trucks that allows us to arrive anywhere in Israel, from north to south. In Israel there are about 700 selling points of the French bakery products, and additional clients worldwide.
Our sales and marketing staff include sales managers and reservation clerks who can arrive anywhere, anytime. The French Bakery clients are very diverse and they include retail chains, bakeries, pastry shops, coffee houses, hotels, event halls, nursing homes, catering companies and small selling points in addition to about 80 selling points run by the French Bakery company.
The French bakery puts a big effort on recruiting and training the appropriate manpower to accompany the company’s clients and suppliers in the most professional, precise and personal way.

Bourikas: Filo and regular dough bourikas in different sizes and varied fillings and flavors.
Cakes: crunchy cakes, rolls, muffins and cold cakes.
Season products: Sufganiyot (donuts), Hamantaschen filled with all kinds of flavors (for Purim), honey cakes (Rosh Hashanah) and cheese cakes (shavout).
The company holds a crew of developers, food technologists and chefs that work together to develop new products and flavors. Every new products is Strictly tested before launching to clients by our research and development Department.
